Vivo Y97 is quite identical to V11i which was unveiled yesterday but difference is in its display matrix which is IPS instead of AMOLED from Samsung so in this scenario Vivo's Y97 have to reduce its price that's why they have to do it second difference is in its camera. Dual camera setup is present on the back but instead of 5 MP secondary lens 2 MP lens is planted along with Vivo Y97's primary camera. Where the primary camera of both smartphones is 16 MP.
